Loom is Free Screen Recording Software1 min read

Video 1: How to get Loom

If a picture paints a thousand words, video paints them faster. Loom enables you to record whatever is on your computer screen and as long as you have a microphone or ear pods with a mic (Maybe the ones you got with your mobile) you can narrate the video while it’s recording your screen.

Why would you want to do this?

Maybe you want to show someone something on the Internet and instead of sending them an email you wanted to show them and describe it but you couldn’t do this in person for some reason. Loom is your answer. You can also use it to show someone a problem you might be having while using Internet-based software or you just want to send someone a video hello.

You can do this quickly and easily with Loom as long as you have the Google Chrome Browser installed on your computer. If you’re not sure what the Google Chrome Browser is, watch the video below to find out.

There are more videos to watch on Loom after you have finished watching this one. You will find the link to the second video underneath this one.

Go to this page to watch the second video on how to install Loom.
